Troubleshooting
Before troubleshooting, make sure all prerequisites are met.
If the NEC Displays integration fails to discover or monitor devices, follow these steps:
- Check for any alerts on the NSX-T resource or gateway, or review error logs in vprobe.
- If you find errors or alerts related to device connectivity or authentication, verify the gateway can reach the end device:
- To ping the configured IP address:
{ping <IP Address>}
- To test connectivity with telnet:
{telnet <IP Address> <Port>}
- To ping the configured IP address:
- If there are no connectivity or authentication issues, reach out to the support team for further assistance.
