Troubleshooting

Before troubleshooting, make sure all prerequisites are met.

If the NEC Displays integration fails to discover or monitor devices, follow these steps:

  • Check for any alerts on the NSX-T resource or gateway, or review error logs in vprobe.
  • If you find errors or alerts related to device connectivity or authentication, verify the gateway can reach the end device:
    • To ping the configured IP address: {ping <IP Address>}
    • To test connectivity with telnet: {telnet <IP Address> <Port>}
  • If there are no connectivity or authentication issues, reach out to the support team for further assistance.
